Students aiming for a plaintiff-side internship for their second summer should keep an eye on a handful of employers taking part in EIP, including Dovel & Luner, Hagens Berman, and Saveri Law. Both Saveri Law and Hagens Berman will also be available through the Connections program, where bids close on Monday, October 26. Additionally, several boutique litigation practices that handle select plaintiff matters will be in attendance.
Keep in mind that this is just the start. The vast majority of plaintiff-side practices and private public interest firms conduct hiring for 2L summers between the end of your 1L year and the autumn of your 2L year, so expect a much wider array of openings down the road.
